If you’ve received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a Replacement Policy to resolve the issue quickly. Please review the details below for a smooth replacement process.
1. Replacement Window
We offer a 14-day replacement policy from the date you receive your order. If you discover a defect or issue with your item within this period, please contact us immediately to request a replacement.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item is unused and has not been installed or modified in any way.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must provide proof of purchase or the original receipt.
Note: If the item was used, installed, or modified, it may not be eligible for a replacement.
3. How to Start a Replacement Request
To initiate a replacement, please contact us at info@Hardrock4x4.net within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, provide photos of the damaged or defective item. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Important: Items returned without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items.
4. Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong product, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible at info@Hardrock4x4.net with details about the issue, including photos if necessary. We will assess the problem and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Note: If the item is damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging for inspection, as we may need to submit a claim with the carrier.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Perishable goods or hazardous materials.
