We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. After 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and not installed on your vehicle.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging (if applicable).
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Hardrock4x4.net. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us before sending anything back.

4. Damages and Issues

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@Hardrock4x4.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be by issuing a refund or sending a replacement part.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (if applicable)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
